Unterneukirchen (Germany) The Supervisory Board of the SDAX-quoted specialty chemicals Group SKW Metallurgie announces that, with immediate effect, Mr. Gerhard Ertl does not any more belong to the Executive Board of SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG. His duties as CFO will be assumed by the CEO, Ms. Ines Kolmsee, until the appointment of a successor.
